Where do you ship to?

We ship orders to customers in the United States, US Protectorates and the US Military using APO & FPO addresses.

What shipping options do you offer?

In the Continental United States we offer standard UPS Ground or USPS shipping for all items. Carrier will be determined by the ship-to location. Most orders ship within 2 business days unless otherwise indicated on the product detail page*. Time in transit is estimated and determined by the carrier. Approximate time in transit is listed below.

Continental United States

APO & FPO

• Standard Shipping (18-32 Days)

*Orders of large quantities or multiple spools may take additional time to process, please contact us to determine exact lead times for these types of orders. Free shipping applies to orders for delivery in the continental United States only.

What carrier will be used to ship my order?

We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. Most small items may be shipped to P.O. boxes. Full spools of rope and larger items cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

Tracking my order

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with shipment details, and a tracking number.  In order to expedite the shipping and fulfillment process we use fulfillment warehouses all over the United States.  Please be aware that in most circumstances your order may ship in multiple shipments and arrive to you from different warehouses.
